How to register with the practice

We always welcome new patients at the practice. If you would like to experience the difference, please contact us at the practice and we will make an appointment for you as soon as we can.

Denplan Excel Accredited

We are committed to offering you the highest level of care and our Denplan Excel Accreditation is a visible sign of this commitment.

The Denplan Excel Accreditation programme provides tools and structures to help us communicate with you about your oral health in a simple and effective way. It helps us to ensure that you can participate in and understand all aspects of your oral health, providing you with quality assured dentistry.

Achieving this standard involved an initial training programme with a practice assessment followed by a very rigorous practice inspection. Further inspections are carried out every 18 months.

We are delighted to be the only practice in Leek to achieve Denplan Excel Accreditation, assuring that by choosing Russell Street Dental Practice you are choosing the highest quality dental service around.

Appointments

We understand that your time is very precious and therefore we set ourselves high standards and always aim to see you at your appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason and your patience is always appreciated.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice to help us make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see someone who requires urgent treatment.

Easy Access

Easier access to the ground floor can be found at the rear of the practice, where we have created a wide step free entrance to reception area. Please ask at reception or telephone prior to your appointment if you require assistance.

Your dentist, Mr Broome, routinely works in the first floor surgery but is always happy to see any patient that prefers to be seen in the more accessible ground floor surgery.
