How to register with the practice

We always welcome new patients at the practice. If you would like to experience the difference, please book online today. Alternatively, contact us at the practice and we will make an appointment for you as soon as we can.

Care Quality Commission Inspection

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the standards regulator for dentistry. We are delighted that we passed our latest inspection with flying colours, with the inspector commenting on how impressed she was with our team and the practice as a whole.

We understand that your time is very precious and therefore we set ourselves high standards and always aim to see you at your appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason and your patience is always appreciated.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice to help us make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see someone who requires urgent treatment.

Easy Access

Easier access to the ground floor can be found at the rear of the practice, where we have created a wide step free entrance to reception area. Please ask at reception or telephone prior to your appointment if you require assistance.

Your dentist, Mr Broome, routinely works in the first floor surgery but is always happy to see any patient that prefers to be seen in the more accessible ground floor surgery.

Complaints, Comments or Suggestions

We take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their experience of our service. If you have a complaint, comment or suggestion, please make us aware in writing, by email or verbally.

We will follow our code of practice to help resolve the matter. This is displayed in the practice and a copy is available on request.
